Landowner Appreciation Day:
Contents of an email sent to Lori from our local Game Warden.
In years past it has been a statewide competition on volume of trash cleanup. Obviously the more the club cleans up, the grater the prize money for the club will be
For now lets plan on getting a group together for September 9th probably from at least 8 to noon to clean the Brownfield WMA area near Fryeburg airport along with several of the surrounding landowners in the Brownfield/Fryeburg area. Please reach out to club members and start putting the bug in their ear about any dump sites on private landowners property in the area. We will put priority on the private landowner group cleanups first. Please let me know of these locations if any. I will figure out logistics and a central dump/dumpster location as we move forward and get an estimate on volume of material that needs to be cleaned up.
Thank you for the effort and your attention to this cleanup day. It really does help put the ATV community in a positive spotlight!

Great News: The Town of Brownfield has opened up all of the Town roads to ATVs providing that these restrictions are followed: Maximum speed limit is 15 mph. The Sheriff and the Warden Service will enforce this speed limit. Ride on the right side of the road. Yield to all other traffic. Although the Selectmen have given us permission to travel on Brownfield's roads in order to connect to mapped ATV trails, please follow the ATV Access signs that are in the process of being installed on the key access roads..
